Hoping to take over the Hope Tree which protects Jop Town with its special energy, Villain K put High Devil and his friends, the bad boys of the town in his back pocket and make all the adults in the town disappear. Now without any adult, all kinds of problems occur in the town. With the power of Hope Watch, Beruf and his friends are transformed to Job Rangers and start to solve the problems.
